Default vafc throttle position display problem

when my motor is off and the igntion/power is on, the reading on on the vafc screen for thr. pos. works normal. But when the motor is on and im driving, the thr. pos. reading on the screen fluctuates drastically(0-12.7 & so-on and so forth) while im mantaining a constant thr. pos.!? please help, this is the only problem thats keeping me from going to the dyno.

Turn the car on to IGN1 and hold the gas down a certain amount. Check the voltage output on the sensor check. Does it still vary more than .05V?
