perhaps your throttle cable is not tight as it should be.

Voltage fluctuates while the engine is running. Check your sensor voltages, and youll see the fluctuation. Its normal, every ones does it, dont worry.

When you first hook up your VAFC there is a process to set the throttle sensor in the manual. Basically the option to set it is in one of the VAFC setup menus. Just have the key in the ignition in the on position without the engine running and you press the throttle to the floor a few times so that way the VAFC learns what voltage WOT is for your car. If by chance you don't have the manual you can download it from the Apexi site.

Mine would max out at 98% or so too, then I did this and it goes to 100%

I have the solution.

Mine was at 98% also when I first installed it. I reset the ECU and tried it again. It was 100% after and everything is in perfect working condition. RESET your ecu and try again.

my friend has the same problem on his DSM it always reads 97% and my friends with the GSR also reads 97%. Check the throttle cable. Did you install it yourself if so have someone who has put them in befroe look at it.
