Default VAFC intake pressure reading??

I noticed that my intake pressure never goes below -30 anymore and it stays around -70 under hard driving (throttle @ 100%) by the way this is a NA motor. On my friends car (NA also) his VAFC intake pressure reading goes all the way down to 0.00. So I called a shop to see if they could help me out and they said the reading should be at 0.00 under hard driving. The only thing is, they dont know why I cant go to zero.

I tried changing intake setups. But it didnt help any...

Do any of you guys out there know how to fix this problem? If so please help me out. Thanks
