Default VAFC?

My B16A1 has no-cat, int-r cams, tanabe racing N, Mugen valve springs and ti-retainers and bolt on. I would like to know how to set up VAFC with this setting? Has anyone with similar setting as me?
Thanks!

Tune it on a dyno if you have the opportunity. Every car is different so using someone’s settings might not net the most power for your setup.

It's better to run rich if you're doing one or the other.

Um, yeah, well you should probably get on a dyno, unless you feel like running lean and messing your motor up. Just my $.02.
