Default V-Tech Head

I am thinking about putting a V-Tech D16z head on my 93 DX Hatchback, will this improve my horsepower, and by approx how much? And does it come with the intake manifold?

Someone should weld a H on their valve cover so it spelled VTECH.

Of course do it good so it looked like it came that way. not all ghetto.

I have a friend that glued a spoon to his intake manifold. Spoon engine?
