Default V-afc problem

wired up a apexi v-afc today to a pr3...b16a1. I also have a apexi rev/speed meter wired to the ECU also...think that could cause a problem? anyway the problem is that the RPM is off....idle...v-afc reads around 700...tach says 1000...the rev speed meter reads 1000. as we accerlerate....tach will read 5000..and the v-afc will read 4000....and rev/speed reads 5000.

the apexi has to be off...I have it on a wrong setting or something....I checked the wires...seems to be find. The rev/speed and afc is connected together at the same spot on the RPM signal wire but they read difference numbers. Anyone got a guess I what I need to do?

I hate to ask so many questions at once...they won't all get anwsered but....
I was hopeing to tune and dyno the controller tomorrow....I have new RC 310 injectors ...along with FPR...and fuel pressure gauge that arnt installed. I can put the injectors and FPR on tommorrow...but can't get the gauge working till later(waiting on a bolt to come in)....so should I put thos things on...and have them dyno it...with out being able to know what kind of fuel pressure Im running?..or wait till later for the dyno?

you said you soldered them together?
try soldering them at different points on the main wire. maybe the signals are crossing and messing up.

BTW at 4000 RPM on the tach it should be 3800 or so on the VAFC

I was thinking it was something like that......it was the cylinder setting...I reset the computer for some reason...and forgot to put that info back in...I guess I figured it would stay the same.

Also...what bout sensor number setting....what should that be?
in and out?

What is the 6 in and 6 out exacly?

stupid question I think I know the anwser too..but...the fuel control (and everything)...does it change on the fly? or do you have to cut the car off..and then back on for the changes to take effect?
