Default Using a stroker crank with eagle rods made for B18c1..

I was trying to find out if I could use a stroker crank on my b18block with Eagle rods and my choice of pistons .. i want to get some greater displacement.. since im boosting the car. U guys have any suggestions on which crank to get. How much of a stroke i will want to get out of it. im going to bore the cylinders to 84mm and get it sleeved by bensons.. thanks any input would be great..

if you re-sleeve your B18 to 84mm you already increased the displacment to 2.0L

how much more do you want with a stroker crank?

On a B18C1

Bored to 84mm - 1932cc - 1.9L
84mm w/89mm Crank - 1971cc - 2.0L
84mm w/92mm Crank - 2038cc - 2.0L
84mm w/95mm Crank - 2104cc - 2.1L

95 is the longest stroke available for b-series off the shelf aftermarket cranks, 89mm is the LS crank.

How do u guys think that the 95mm crank will run on boost .. How will it effect my rev's and what crank would u suggest really looking for opinions maybe there is someone in here who has had this setup..

sleeved block B18c1 with 84mm bore and XXX crank or should i leave the crank stock. Will i not have a better torque curve if i get a crank that matches the setup better.

Bigger displacement=more power sooner.Bigger bore gives you more flow potential.More stroke gives you more torque sooner. If you don't have rules limiting your engine size don't worry about bores/strokes.Just go big and let reliability and money be your limiter.

Nice.. well rules matter since i wana do it right and i dont wana choose a setup that wont work well. Like the 84 bore with the 95 stroke .. IF i cant rev to 9g's then i dont wana go that route do u feel me. Im not so worried about the money .. I dont want to have to keep rebuilding my motor every 6 months either though. If ima do it do it right the first time.
