Unusual problem
I have a 1991 Honda CRX HF that randomly shuts off while i am driving. It typically happens when it is warm outside but a couple times it has happened when it is only in the 60's. Every time it happens I just push the clutch and turn the keys and it will start right back up. So far I have replaced the ICM and checked all the grounds i could locate. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I dont get any lights until i push in the clutch and it fully shuts off. It almost acts like it could be the main relay but nearly everyone i have talked to that had an issue with the main relay said that their car wouldn't just start back up like nothing happened and i was just wanting to get some other opinions
Check in back of fuse pannel under dash, there is a little bix that clips into back of fuse pannel. Take it out open case and look at the electronic board and see if it has any burn spots. That box is called the intagrated control unit. Had same issue on my hf yrs ago, keep spares handy also

You have to describe a little better of when it happens. For example if it dies when you are running and step on the clutch and have the rpm drop to zero then its most likely the IAC valve or bad sparking. If it happens even when you are still holding the gas and just starts to die might be Iginition switch, Main Relay, Distributor coil or ECU.
dapimp1814- just starts with a loss of power, like i will be driving and i can just feel the car lose all power and if i press harder on the accelerator it doesn't try to speed up at all. it really is sort of hard for me to explain, i have never dealt with this type of issue with any car i have owned. I pretty much just step on the clutch so i can restart it i guess you could say
