Default universal 4 wire 02

its time for me to replace my o2 sensor on my gs-r motor and I do not want to pay for the OEM one. I was wondering if the 4 wire Bosch one would suffice...
I was planning on using the harness on my old o2 sensor and soldring the wires and then shirink wrap them. would this have a negative affect on the way the motor runs? or should i just shell out the $$$ for the OEM one?

TIA

I used the Bosch one. Everything's in the box, right down to the instruction. So far nothing came up, CEL or anything. So I guess Bosch will be ok.

Ya I bought one from them. Got it in 2 days which is good for shipping to Canada. I haven't put it in yet so I can't say if it works as well as stock. I just went on what a couple other people from this board said, which was that they work well. Can't beat the price.
