Default Undoing LSvtec

This might be weird, but I got a pr3 head that used to be on a lsvtec, that I am trying to put on a b16 block. the oil line was plugged on the head, so i was just wondering, all i have to do is drill the hole back, right? How much do I drill though?
A pic of the head.

drill through or run an external oil line.

just unplug that plug on the flat surface of the head and plug the hole on the back of the head where the oil line would go too...
