Ok i am tired of tryin to find my a/c leaks in m hatch so i am going to just remove all if i can. But i am wonder if there is a way to remove the a/c portion of the underdash box i want to keep the heat if i can if not i guess i can loose it all.

yes - you just need to replace it with the box from a non-ac car. simple.
