Ok, heres what happens start it in second and give it gas, neck whip. The car surges/hesitates badly, at higher rpms it fine, or so it seams but in the low range, blah.
What ive tried: Cleaning IACV, Replacing Fuel Filter, Plugging Cruise Control Vac Inlet, Checking Ignition Timing.

NOTHING WORKS, How the hell do i make this stop, the car would be real fun to drive if i didnt get whiplash in the lower rpms!!!!!
