Default Unbalanced axle?

When i first put my b16 in my ek, i used some Oreillys reman axles(lifetime warranty) When im driving and shift into 2nd gear my car shook duing acceleration and stopping when above about 4krpm.In 3rd it shakes but a little less. So i figured the axle is unbalanced. I borrow my friends OEM axles from a gsr, so i can exchange the axles for new ones, and the oem axles didnt vibrate really. It could be felt a tiny bit sometimes but not nearly as bad as before and not enough for me to notice. So i get new axles, install them and the shaking comes back.wtf? Maybe Oreillys doesnt balance their axles? But 2 sets with the same problem? It seems like it is comming from the drivers side. The only other thing i can figure is the intermediate shaft is bent cause i dont know how the previous owned stored the motor or how long it sat.Opinions?
