The Ubiquitous nasty clunk........
I'm at a dead stop (visualize stoplight here). I push down my clutch pedal, goose it just a tad, and start to go (after the light turns green, of course). Just as I'm letting up off the clutch pedal, I hear a clunk. Faint, short, I think nothing of it, maybe just a stick in the road or something. Nothing noise-like when I shift gears, nor take off in 2nd (which I do only to see if it happens that way). But everytime I start from a dead stop in first gear, just as I'm letting off the clutch completely, there's that clunk again.
Thoughts?
Please note: I'm living in the woods just outside of wisconsin dells all summer. My "driveway" and parking area are all dirt. Therefore, jacking car up and looking underneath will be a very difficult task. Any and all knowledgeable persons are encouraged to help if possible.
thanky thanky!!
EDIT: my current definition of "unstock" (as per signature) is H&R sports and Koni Yellows. everything engine/tranny-wise is bone stock, 92 teg LS.
