uberdata, what to use to burn/flash eproms?

uberdata, what to use to burn/flash eproms?
I read the article from prostreetonline.com about uberdata, i understand it all how to install the chips and stuff since i have done those stuff before for computers, and other electronics. but the problem is that im not sure what to use to flash or burn those eprom chips? i looked on uberdata's site and it linked me to a place where i can buy burners/flashers, but they run from 30 dollar to 400 dollars. i dont know which one i do need and how much i am supposed to spend.
the total cost of parts for chips, wires, resitiors etc will run about 20 to 30 dollars total. but burners????? how much and what??

im using the moates usb burner. it came to like 90 dollars when i bought it a few months ago. i am buring to at29c256 chips.

Yes you can reburn them over and over. This is the Moates:

It's about a third of the way down with the item name "Burn1" for $85.
*Edit* I also picked up the Uberdata kit from them while I was at it. It has everything you need to chip the ECU (If you'll be doing that yourself)
