Default Type R transmission oil?

I would like to change to a synthetic transmission fluid and was wondering what you guys would recommend. I have been using redline MTL in all of my cars and like the difference it seems to make in shifting smoothness. With the type R having a limited slip diff, can I still use MTL or does the limited diff take a different type of fluid? I would like to hear of what you would recommend and why... thanks

my personal prefrence is just honda MTF....makes gears smooth and doesn't void warranty...also i heard that sythentic, oils are way too thin for the tranny, and might cause problems...others use MTF and add some GM/Ford synchro/LSD additive...

Honda uses the same MTF for all of it's manual transmissions. This includes the ITR and NSX.
