type r throttle body help
ok i got a type r throttle body and i have a 90 civic si with a b16 1st gen motor, and my question is the type r throttle body doesnt have a air screw on the top, so will this work on my motor and why wouldnt it have that screw? please help anyone.

why? you can adjust your idle with that (if it's an allen screw) and recalibrate your TPS. people with aftermarket TB's do it all the time...

my BBK TB uses the throttle stop as the idle screw; it's the same damn thing, you are letting a bit of air past the butterfly. the tunnel for the iacv path is still there on the c5 tb...
