i have 10 grand to spend and i want to go with an h22 or type r but cant decide.
a local shop said they would do a stock h22 for 5 grand out the door. they said for a type r with header, exhaust, intake, throttle body, test pipe and basic matinence for 10 grand. with the left over money can i go faster with the h22.

I'll come pick the car up from baltimore and put a type r in for 10 grand.
The h22 for 5 grand is a better deal considering it's twice the amount work and it will be probably just as fast.

I build one for someone it runs 13.2 with 22" slicks,it would go faster with some bigger slicks and the right ecu the boy bought a chipped p28 of ebay with a chip for I don't know what.
It has high 12 sec mph,106mph and it's bone stock.

h22 is the better idea and get some rc 370cc injectors and have it tuned my friend made about 225hp and 165 torque with his bone stock motor and ran 12.6 all day in a lightly stripped out integra just this past track event at cmi raceway in CA oh and did i say daily driven......

Anyone who charges $10000 for an ITR swap is one hell of a crook. Seriously, you can get the COMPLETE CHANGEOVER for around $4000-$4500. Even if you figure in an extra $1000 for miscellaneous parts (quite a generous allowance) and $1500 for installation labor (again, pretty generous), you are only up to $6500-$7000. Here's a better idea if you want an ITR swap: buy everything you need and drop the motor in yourself. It's really not that hard.
I got a deal give me your CRX and your 10grand and I'll give you this!!!!!
