Default type r engine swap

does anyone know 98 type r engine with its engine harness plug in 95 civic cx car? i have type r engine harness and complete swap but not sure if it will fit my 95 civic cx , help please
ps i have 98 type r under dash harness, will it fit without it?

when u swap motors swap the wire harness....and the stock ecu in the car wont work....hopefully your swap came with an ecu...otherwise find a p28 and chip it....

if you have a US ITR engine, YES, the engine harness will be compatible with your CX. You don't need the underdash harness at all.

If you have a JDM ITR engine harness, NO, it will not work. You're best off to try and locate a US 96-01 integra VTEC engine harness, if you have a JDM ITR engine, for it to work in your CX.

i have everything usdm, do you mean it will direct plug in my stock under dash wires and plugs? that was my question

As Katman was saying, the usdm ITR harness will plug into all of the plugs in the engine bay. Simply unplug the CX harness, remove engine, install ITR engine, and plug in the ITR harness. The ITR under dash harness is not needed. This truly is plug n' play
