Default Type R ecu

Just curious..would it be a good idea to pick up an itr ecu for my 01 gsr with ctr cams?? Would the extra revs help out significantly?? Also, my car currently has a vafc, cam gears, fpr, skunk2 manifold, etc..so main thing I'm asking is would buying the itr ecu benefit my car enough that it would be worth my hassel..any advice would be appreciated..thanks

instead of getting a ITR ecu, get a chipped p28 ecu and tune that instead.

If you goto the Classifieds section, you'll see a bunch of guys who are selling chipped p28's.

But then wouldn't I have to buy an adapter as well?? Would I be better off with the chipped p28?
