sounds like the linkage may be way out of adjustment

so are you saying that the throttle plates are not actually opening or that tps reading % is wrong?
are the itbs synch'ed?

if your throttles are mechanically not opening, and if there is no obstruction on the cable movement; your actual cable length is at fault
how far do you have to push the gas pedal before the throttles open?

well it opens right away,i have like around 15cm b4 the pedal hits the floor...and the tps is reading 0% at no throttle so that seem right..wen the pedal too the floor it reads 38%...wen lookin at the throttle bodies they arent fully open...and yes the throttle bodies are sync..and the cable length is fine i just cant seem too make it open 100%

can you post a pic? it sounds like the diameter of the throttle rotor is too big.

a smaller rotor will open faster than a larger one because of the smaller circumferance that the cable has to wrap around.

Now that I looked at a picture on their site I think that the rotor deal is ok, its big but they compensate for it in their linkage.

I guess I would try to contact TWM, I'm sure the issue has prolly came up before.

sounds like the cable is just too long....your pedal should not have to travel any further then it does standard for them to work.

I had the same problem, JDogg reached down into the driver-side footwell and bent the gas pedal back upwards a bit, problem fixed. The stock pedal travel wasn't enough to open them all the way. You do need to recalibrate the TPS in your tuning SW as well, but that got them to open all the way.

I had to cut the pedal-stop on the floor in order to go over 78%.
