Ok i been looking at an az race machine twin trac lsd. But i never heard of this kind of lsd. has anyone ever experience it? How good does it work? here is the link were to find it

That is basically the exact same thing as the Phantom Grip LSD. Search for that and you'll get your answer.

Crib notes: Don't bother, spend you money on a real LSD (which is likely available for your car).

If you're running B Series just get a OBX for a little more.
