Turn signal problem
Ok here is the deal. My turn signal decided that it doesnt want to work. Well it works for the blinker, but it doesnt turn on when I turn the lights on. It will only light up to blink. So obviously it is a wire somewhere that is not connected. I checked all the wires going into it and they are all connected. I even cut them and connected them again. There is 3 wires. One is red, that I think is the cause of all this because when I was reconnecting them I left it cut and there was no effect on the light, it still would just blink.
So my question is. What do each of the three wires do, by color. I figure one is ground, one is power, and one is a switch. And, I think that the red one must be either power or the switch. Does anyone have a honda manual laying around to check this for me?? I would really appreciate it. I hate driving around with a corner out!!!!
It is in a 92 civic hatch cx if that makes any difference.
