Well, I just got all my aluminum intercooler piping welded up and used a new aluminum RFL flange instead of my old steel one.

I pressured up the system and @ 5psi its leaking from the oring that seats on the flange of the BOV.....

any one had this issue? if you just changed the oring which did you get?

I inspected the oring and it looks to be in good condition i'm just thinking the old steel flange was slightly larger than this flange and since it was on that flange a while it took form to it......

any help is appricated
