turbo causing speedometer problems??

Default turbo causing speedometer problems??
when i hit vtech after installing my turbo kit, the needle bounces everywhere!! from like 30-120mph!! but when i'm full on racing it sits at 0..can anybody evaluate??
also: I installed a ecg perfamance electronics o2 simulator...if that adds to the problem.

everything you listed should not cause a problem with your speedo.
