You can pick up a turbo and the like from Majestic Turbo for a custom sized turbo, i belive they have mitsubishi sizes laying around that they could throw togeather for you, but don't expect it to be ported etc.

your best bet for something like that would be E-bay, and your local shop with a mandrel bender, and welder. and of course the infamous Laser cutter }=]

It all depends on how much you're looking to spend. $1000? $2000? $10000?
