Default Is this a good combination for cams

I've seen a couple of cars that have Civic type R intake cam with a integra Type R exahust cam, and they run really hard. Does anyone have experience with this. I just wanna see what you guys think.

the cams could be the opposite way around i'm not sure.

thats right the ctr has higher lift and durration on the intake and the exhaust is the same for itr and ctr.
cams make a big difference in hp. helps if you get it tuned

is this upgrade comparable to like Skunk 2 stage 1 ? Or not even as extreme. I'm thinking about skunk 2 stage 2 But i was in a GSR with the Type R cams and i went like this
