Default tuning solutions?? (possible sticky)

I am looking into converting to obd-1 with a chipped ECU to run a program such as uberdata. ive looked around a lot and found that there isnt much information describing the differences in tuning options. So what im suggesting is that someone (preferably a known tuner) make a chart, either that or from all the info here I can make one... explaingin the differences, pros/cons of each system. some of the questions i am looking to answer are these:

1. Price
2. whether it favors NA or FI
3. what else is need to tune with it. ie. wideband, dyno etc.
4. ease of use
5. support of system (if there are enough people using it to make info available)
6. other ... pros/ cons of each
7. availability of tuners/ dealers

Now i can think of a few systems right off the bat, im not looking or stand alone systems, however if other people are curious i dont see why it would be any harer to post that info too. but here are the systems i can think off the bat:

1 Hondata
2. uberdata
3: chrome
4. neptune

there may be more feel free to add, but these are the more popular ones that i know of.

i think this would be good info for people looking into getting into tuning like me.. we all know how important tuing is. I hope a lot of people can contribute their knowledge to this and it doesnt get shrugged away.

thanks
Marc

awesome link... it really helps out so much... i had found it before but it seemed a little over my head at the time, and had forgotten about it.. but now it is definitely a big help for me.. and also maybe any beginner for that matter.. i also tried searching before and could not really find what i was looking for but that site just about sums up the majority of things... ive spent almost all of my columbus day getting educated... also if you are the owner of phearable.net, which i take from your sig, i will be buying an ECU from you over the winter

thanks
Marc
