Which tuning system? Mac compatible?
I know this has been covered before, but most of the threads are a good 2 or 3 years old. I know this isn't the correct section either, but none of the threads in the tuning section seem to get much attention. In this day and age, technology is changing so fast its hard to keep up.
I have a basically stock OBD1 B18B1, and I've been looking into getting a tuner, so that I can get some experience with tuning before I get a higher power setup. My question is, what is the best tuning option to go with these days?
I have been looking around at FAQ threads, and info pages on Chrome, but most of the links for the Chrome setups are outdated/expired. I was looking at getting Chrome just to save money, but all of the software seems a bit old, and a lot of the links didn't even work.
If I was to get a Hondata, I was thinking of going with the s200, because of the datalogging feature, which isn't available with the s100. It says on their site that the s200 was discontinued in 2008, which makes me pretty skeptical.
How hard is it to chip an ECU with Chrome, versus getting a Hondata? And are there any tuning systems out there that are compatible with Mac? I just bought a new Macbook pro for college, that has the 10.7.2. Lion operating system, and I was looking forward to using it for tuning.
Any input is appreciated, and if anyone can direct me to some recent links that have undated information that would be great!

For a Mac? None that I know of. SOL for that platform as far as I know.
<CROME> is no longer being developed even though these people are still selling Gold licenses like candy.
S100 & S200 is long discontinued-also as far I I know.
Neptune RTP. It has bluetooth capability. A better feature set IMO.

Never heard of Neptune before, thanks for that! Looks as though its MAC compatible, but doesn't say for what operating system. I will look into this company and see what I can come up with.

I downloaded the software from their site, and so far its running flawless on my Mac. Going to do a little more homework before I actually buy the whole system, but so far it looks good! Thanks again!

Yeah I know, but I don't have windows set up on my Mac yet. Then again, I'm not even sure if my Mac has windows pre installed, and if it doesn't its a good 300 dollars for the system from apple.

Download the following on your mac
Vmplayer
Windows 7 iso
install to disk and run whatever you would like under the windows7 session
I use this setup at work for my Grafx Artist. You will see no delay at all.
