Default Tuning obd2, wat to use?

Before you guys are telling me to swap for a B, its probably not gona happen. I have a 97 civic EX with the stock d16y8. Im thinking of upgrading to a Bisimoto cam, along with some usual, I/H/E. My dilema is, what to tune it on? I dont want to convert to obd1, because of emisions ( im in WA state not Romania BTW ). So what can I use to tune my car on OBD2? Thanks in advance...

you're limited to piggy back's like vafc's and emanage. or a full standalone like aem.

would the vafc or emanage do a decent job? Also, while upgrading the cam, should I upgrade the fuel delivery, or will the tuning take care of that? Will my millage get way shittai?

so piggy back systems might create a bigger mess, by altering the timing along with the fuel system. What if i get a FPR and up the fuel pressure by a bit.
