Default tuning NA on E10

just curious, i tried to do theoretical estimate on how much more fuel vs power i could have with E10 vs 100% gas. what i came out with was...

+3.7% more fuel
+1.7% more power

yeah i know it almost seems kinda pointless for an increase that small but on the other hand If its going to cost me nothing, why not? if the correct A/F ratio requires that much more fuel do you think i could just up the fuel by 3.7%? I know there is no REAL way other then on a wide band with a dyno but i cant imagine why not. right now i have a GREAT tune with 100% petrol on a normally aspirated motor thats not running any crazy compression ratios.
