Default tuning hondata...how?

just wondering what the tuner at the dyno would plug into to program everything? i just got my ecu back. shipped it out to rpm/ nyc and had the hondata s100 w/boost installed in my p28. with a start up map. just wondering how the tuner plugs into the ecu to program it all.... seeings how the only plugs on the ecu are still the stock ones where the ecu harness plugs in. thanks

They remove your s100 and use their s200 for tuning. I believe that it's explained on the Hondata site, but I could be wrong.
