Default Tuning Help!

I need some help with changing my cooling system, transmission fluid, brake and clutch fluid, power steering fluid and spark plugs. I am new at tuning my car, I have a 97 gsr 2dr. I have the manual but I wanted to know if what the manual says is all I need to do and what type of spark plug to get as well as the different fluids. I would really appreciate it if I could get some pointers.

My HONEST advice would be to for this one time go to a shop and tell them you want to do this service and want to learn how to do it yourself. You'll have to pay but you also get one-on-one experience. Some shops will say no but some will say sure. Unless you have a friend that has done it before I would do that.

-Tranny fluid is pretty straight forward
-Brake fliud is not a one man job unless you have a power bleeder
-clutch fluid is the same as brake fluid
-Power steering is a little more complicated
-Spark plugs are easy. Just look on your hood, it has what plugs to get and what gap to set them to. When you set the gap you want to lift up on the prong and NEVER run the gapper through trying to get more gap and NEVER rub it on the electrode. You may damage it and have to buy another.

You could also look towards an automotive class at a local Community college.
