Default Tuning the Hard parts themselves?

Its getting annoying not having money for a dyno and being about a buck short from having a clue as to exactly what stuff should be set at. So If anyone has similar situations that have been tuned well hopefully i can get a little better response from my car so here goes:
B18A1
CM 8lb Flywheel
CM Stage 3 cluth
Skunk 2 intake manifold
DC sports 4-2-1 headers
2.5 inch mandrel bent exhuast through OEM Cat to muffler
MSD 6AL ignition w/ Blaster coil and 8.5mm wires
Bosch fusion plugs
GSR tranny
Short ram intake
AEM Fuel rail
OK now the adjustable stuff:
Skunk 2 Adjustable cam gears
AEM Adjustable pressure regulator
Field Boxer Series SFC
Adjustable rev limitier (dont see the point of it being over 7,500)
----Well my question is where roughly should i have the cams set at? what the pros and cons of both advancing and retarding each. What fuel pressure is best for this small group of stuff? How to manipulate the fuel curve to help out a bit? and am i losing anything from having a GSR tranny being how its geared for higher RPMs that the LS motor doesnt like too much? lol ....
long story short: Im working my way to the nicer stuff like S200 or s300 or w/e and B16head and internals. but this is all i have for now and looking for help on how to set it all best or near best settings. Feel free to PM me if im on to discuss. I know it can be a pain waiting a day or 2 for simple small left out info.

Ok well since this is pretty vague and expansive and can be different for different needs.... Has anyone Dyno'd a Teg LS motor with I/H/E and adjustable cam gears? If so what were they set at after peaking output? and did you go for top end or midrange? As for the fuel control I can kinda road test and mess with that but the cams just scare me to go messing with back and forth. Thanks again

i believe stock fuel pressure is fine.
my GSR motor idles like crap if fuel pressure is below 40 psi at idle. but you should be like 40 psi at idle and 50 at WOT, stock fuel pressure is good enough for a lot of horsepower.
my skunk2 adjustable cam gears I don't really mess with, but I just did the intake +2. don't want to go too wild yet because you wouldn't know if you're losing hp or gaining. every car is different from the factory.

Cool thanks. More perspectives are very welcome as to how settings vary. Ive been looking for the honda/acura performance book which i read a bit a long time ago... but havent found it around here yet. It will answer a lot from what i remember browsing through before. But stil up for Dyno'd settings from others to get ideas.

you had mentioned something about retarding and advancing the timing. are you still interested in knowing about that, or did you figure that out by now?
