Default tune up (i did a search)

what are the average and not so average part i should replace for my 100,000 mile tune up

cap-rotor
fuel filter
pcv valve
maybe wires

what elese????

Not knowing what you have already done vs. when you've done it, I'll just list some stuff off:

Cap, Rotor, Plugs & Wires
PCV
Adjust your valves
Timing Belt & Tensioner
Upper & Lower radiator hoses + coolant flush + water pump
Thermostat
Belts
Tranny Fluid
Flush your brakes and clutch
Air Filter
Fuel Filter

Then again, if you had a Helms, you could easily look at there "Maintenance Section" and deduce for yourself.
