True displacement of .020 over....

What is the TRUE displacement when a B18C1 is overbored .020? Im putting JE 12.5:1 pistons in my JDM GSR and was just wondering if it was at all substantial...

There is a free calculator for displacement, compression ratio, et at www.virtualengine2000.com . They also have a dyno program - I use it, but I had to manually setup engine parameters in the database (It has chevy, ford, pontiac and nissan parts in the database, but you can custom configure for your engine)
