Default Troubleshooting FYI

Just wanted to share something I found out this weekend.

My B18C1 civic hybrid has been giving me code 10 and 22 (intake air sensor and VTEC solenoid) lately. I have been wraking my brain trying to figure it out but you know what fixed it? a $1.50 packet of electrical connector protector goo that i got at Track Auto!

I figured WTF. It couldn't hurt. I coated the connection points and slid the socket on and off a few times and bingo! no more codes! I took the car out last night and beat on it for like a hour and it runs perfectly. like I just drove it off the lot.

It just goes to show that you should always check out the stupid little things first.
