Default Troubleshooting: D15 civic idle surge issues

Ok so i have searched this forum looking for an answer and there are so many so here is my situation. I have a 96 civic D15 powered. surges at idel, it also has a miss, could the miss cause the surge? The coolant Temp sensor is also not working, i have read that low of coolant could cause a surge, could this not working be the source of the problem? All help is appreciated, Thanks in advance.

There are several things that could cause this idle surge, many which you have already listed. However, you also need to list what steps you've performed so far, including checks to coolant levels, EGR, FITV, and other sensor connections, spark plug changes, etc. Help us, help you.
