i just bought a 2002 crv with air cond problems after checking with several mechs it seens it is a common problem on crvs i love crvs my family has 3 of them now after reading different forums i find that maybe honda might cover the cost of repairing, is this a fact? i am on social sec fixed income so i cannot spend any more money to fix.
2002 crv 194.000 but i feel that a honda will run forever any suggestions?

 

From what I have read, Honda did an extended warranty for the AC problem.
This is because the design for the AC was faulty and causes the Clutch or compressor to fail.
So, if you are an owner of an older model then call the dealer and see what they say about it.
You might have a chance but I doubt it.

I recently bought a CRV 2007 and the clutch was burnt out.
Cost me 6 bills to fix.
