Default Troubleshooting: B16 coolant /FITV issue

Hello. I got a jdm b16a the problem that I'm having is that my car keeps idling up and down once my car is Warmed up. One day she i was doing the dizzy timing i had the cap off the radiator and when i it was on there was no bubbles but I noticed when I moved the dizy foward it will start to bubble and my idle will start to go up and down like from close to 2k down to 700. I tried bleeding out the system but it still bubbles. It's weird too that when the fans turn on the idle gets rough. Idk if my fitv can be causing the bubbles in my coolant because I know it can cause the idle surge and I've had times in there the hoses will start to leak out because of pressure or something. My bro thinks it could be the head gasket. But idk if it is because my motor for an overheat or anything like that. Please help.

Compression test the engine at warm temps? (head gasket?) That's probably not related to the radiator, but the engine and idling system somehow

Yeah i let it cool a bit. It all came out 170 across. I know my fitv might be bad. But can it cause bubbles in coolant?

unless you have like a leak in your water pump, the only other place that coolant could be exposed to air is the head. (unless you have a cracked block!)

Yeah idk because it don't smell like coolant or it has white smoke coming out of it. And the compression was good. And it don't leak coolant.
