Default trouble starting when outside temp is hot

sometimes when it's hot outside my 92' civic has trouble starting. i have to pump the gas pretty hard to get it going. any ideas?

main relay ? this is a problem with 4th gens idk if it would be the same with the 5th gens

what's your setup?
What motor what ecu. Need a little more info then it just has trouble starting when it is hot.
