Transmission/ putting in a cv axel help!
This is what happen, im putting in a transmission seal where the cv axel goes into the transmission on a 91 civic 4 door 5 speed. i took the cr axel out with no problem, put it back in once with no problem. But then took it back out to reclamp the boot. Then tried to but it back in again and there is some round piece of metal shaped like a smooth drill bit going through the center of the hole that the cv axel goes into. It won't move or do anything. I didn't move anything just took it out and tried to put it back in and there is was. what is it and where does it go?
