Default Transmission Noise

Hey, I have a 2000 accord 4cyl that was totaled and rebuilt, in every gear mostly in the lower it makes a very annoying noise like zzzzzz..zzzzzzzzzzzzz...zzzzzzzzzzzz and it increases in pitch each time if you know what i mean. and it is also very sticky downshifting and going into first after a stop, does anyone know what it is? do i need a new tranny?

-thanks

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by fast-rex &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">not shur bent shift linkage</TD></TR></TABLE> What in the world would that have anything to do with increasing noise while engine/tranny speed increases?! Try to refraim from giving any type of answer to a technical problem when your "not shur" next time. With that being said,
Are you 100% positive it is coming from the tranny itself and not any other given moving components? I.E. drive shafts, breaks, engine even. Diagnosis steps
