Default transmission info

I have a 1992 Ls swap in my 95 civic, and I want to get rid of the cable clutch. Also, killing two birds with one stone, I want to switch over to a B16 tranny because of the closer gear ratios. Is it possible to swap my transmission to a more recent hydro B16 tranny? How should I go about doing this?
