Transmission / Clutch Problem. HELP!
i just changed out my clutch on my H22 and it starts up fine but when i release the clutch my car dies even though in neutral. Anyone have any idea why this is happening?
Sorry dude, I've been thinking about this for an hour... IDK
If you let the clutch out slowly what happens ?
Does the car want to move with the shifter in neutral ?
Are you positive your have the correct clutch set up. Call the MFG and verify you have the correct one.

Yeah, this is really a tough one, never had anything like this happen in all my years of tech work. Car doesn't move, I've even put the car on jackstands, started it up, and tried to accellerate but the wheels will not spin, not even a 1/1000 turn
. Car does the same thing if you let it out slow, let it out fast, etc; RPMS just drop like it's in gear...

Are you sure you have a transmission? It sounds like a transaxle problem to me... You sure that exedy even sent you a clutch setup? I've had bad business with them, they're a shitty company. I doubt you'll ever fix your car man, I've heard preludes are pieces of ****... My homie who owns a prelude has the same exact thing happening with his car, but no idea what's going on either; good luck!
