Icon5 Transmission

Hi
I have a 2005 Honda civic and the transmission is starting to slip. I was looking online for a replacement transmission and came across a site that lists a "Warranty A/T Kit" Part #6200-5C4-020 RM.
The description doesn't say if this is a complete transmission or if its a rebuild kit. The price is around $2500 so I'm hoping its the whole unit ready for installation. But what I don't under stand is why are they calling it a "warranty kit". If its a complete unit, are these units new or re-manufactured? If so, are they called a "warranty kit" because Honda will warranty the unit? I called the vendor's toll free line but the person didn't really know and suggested I contact their tech line. Well its been four days and no one has responded. Does anyone have any knowledge about this thing?
Thanks

If they aren't responding you should obviously stay away from them. Rockauto has a few options but if it were me I would call up Synchrotech and ask them if they will do a rebuild on it.
