Need help with hose on back of block b20 VTEC

Can anyone tell me where this hose goes to from the back of the bock? It's right next to the oil filter

There is normally a plug there from the factory. That is a fitting people use to connect a catch can to the block.

Ok, I just wanted to make sure before I started this thing up. I'm replacing the engine harness and I wasnt sure if it went to the catch can or not. thanks very much!
