Default tranny whinning

i did a b series swap, probably around 10k miles or so ago. its been whinning since the day i started driving, but now its worrying me. i searched on here and most said input shaft bearing if it goes away when you press in the clutch. mines alittle different heres why

now if someone could plz explain this to me, with my clutch engaged if it was the ISB shouldnt it still make the whinning noise just sitting there and revving it?

k well i was driving around listening to the whinning testing different situations here they are. when i talk about rolling, im talking about 20-40mph rolling

1. whines in all gears with 1st being the loudest
2. whines almost just as loud when rolling in 1st gear with clutch disengaged, as soon as i take it out of 1st gear the loud whine goes away. the whinning is softer in other gears so idk if it does it in other gears too.
3. rolling in neutral and clutch disengaged, makes a soft whinning sound
4. when sitting at idle, as i start to engage the clutch, i can hear it make a sound like bb's rolling around in a cup or something.

so my question is, what bearing or bearings is messed up?

how much of this is normal in the car? mine does the whining as well, but the 'BB's rolling around in a cup' sound isn't noticeable unless you are outside the car...

if it was the ISB, would it still whine with the clutch in and the gears in neutral?

Yes. the ISB is between the clutch and the actual gears, so it would whine as long as the clutch is attached to a turning motor, or the gears are attached to moving wheels.

In neutral with clutch disengaged it will not spin.

sorry i wasnt that clear

it does make a soft whinning sound with the clutch disengaged and the tranny in neutral. like i can hear it softly rolling at fast speeds then when i slow down like 30 or less i can hear it more.
