I have a hydro jdm gsr tranny with stock lsd that has a bad third gear grind, i just bought a hyrdo B16 tranny without lsd. what do i have to do to put the gsr lsd into the b16 tranny??? I know i need some feeler gauges, but what are the clearance specs??

 

I believe the bolt pattern for the B16 differential is different than the GSR differential. So you wouldn't be able to just swap the differential out because the ring gears aren't interchangable. You would have to change both the ring and pinion gear to use the GSR LSD differential in a B16 tranny. The B16 and the LS have the same bolt pattern on the differential but different gearing...a little confusing!
