Tranny problems..need help!!
clutch pedal doesnt have good pressure and i just replaced the slave and master cylinders, no holes in any lines and no fluid loss, when i do get it into gear the clutch doesnt disengage when i press the pedal in but most of the time i cant get it into gear.... any ideas?
clutch never slipped and i had act check the pressure plate, it is an act xtreme pp with street disc....act said the pp was fine
Bleed it more? How did you bleed the slave? You have to pump it until you get pressure, put it to the floor, then close the bleeder valve. Repeat.
i really dont see this as a hydrolic problem, but to give you a little history, last summer i was doing some spirited driving before i went home well i parked the car and when i got up the next day i went out and could not press the clutch in, it was stuck in the upward position well i went under the hood to look and i noticed that the lever arm was stuck up and i tapped it with a hammer and it went back down well it seemed fine after that only fealt like i had less clutch pressure and the engagement point was really low to the floor. next it started to do this **** where i had to pump the clutch to get it into gear so i replaced the slave and master cylinders and it is still doing it but has gotten to the point where i cant even get it into gear. any ideas?
